INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF EU REGULATION 679/2016

The company MACHINA srl, as Data Controller (hereinafter: “Controller” or “Company”), pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter: “Regulation”) – considers privacy and the protection of personal data a fundamental commitment towards customers, suppliers, collaborators, employees and anyone who in any way provides their data.
We therefore invite you to read this Privacy Policy carefully because it contains important information on the protection of your personal data.
This Privacy Policy is provided, in accordance with art. 13 of the Regulation, to all those who interact with our Company and constitutes an integral part of the activities that we offer.
This document has been drawn up pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (to allow you to know our privacy policy, to understand how your personal information is managed and, where applicable, to provide an express and informed consent to the processing of personal data).
The information and data provided by you or otherwise acquired in the context of the activities of our Company will be processed in compliance with the provisions of the Regulation and the confidentiality obligations that have always inspired the activity of the company MACHINA srl.
According to the provisions of the Regulation, data processing will be based on the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, limitation of purposes and storage, minimization of data, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.

1. Data Controller

2. Personal data subject to processing
Your personal data may consist of an identifier such as your name, telephone number, email address or other characteristic elements of your identity suitable for making the interested party identified or identifiable.
When contacting the Company via email, there may be a transfer of Personal Data falling within the special categories of Personal Data referred to in art. 9 of the Regulation, i.e. data suitable for revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as processing genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data relating to health or sexual life or sexual orientation of the person.
We invite you not to communicate such data, which are also useless, and we remind you that in the face of the transmission of special categories of Personal Data, MACHINA srl cannot be held liable in any way, nor can it receive any kind of objection, since in this case the processing will be permitted as it concerns data made manifestly public by the interested party.
The contents of emails with Special data will in any case be deleted.
When using the email address, there may be a processing of Personal Data of third parties sent by you. With respect to these hypotheses, you act as an independent data controller, assuming all the obligations and responsibilities under the law.

3. Purpose of data processing
When necessary, any personal data will be processed with your specific consent, with the following purposes:
a. manage the activities commissioned or of interest;
b. respond to requests for information;
c. fulfill legal obligations such as, for example, accounting and tax obligations.
The data may be processed both on paper and electronic media using suitable measures for the security and confidentiality of the data provided.

4. Legal basis and mandatory or optional nature of processing
The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data is given by:
specific rules in compliance with the fulfillment of legal obligations (e.g. Invoicing)
EU Regulation
When processing data for the purpose of directly sending our own advertising and sales material, or for commercial communications related to the products that are object of our activity, the Company may use, without your consent, email and paper mail addresses in accordance with and within the limits permitted by the regulations on privacy protection.
In any case, you have the possibility to oppose such processing at any time, initially or on the occasion of subsequent communications, easily and free of charge also by writing to the addresses indicated above.

5. Recipients of personal data
Your Personal Data will not be disclosed to third countries and may be shared, for the purposes referred to in section 3 with:
people, companies or professional firms that provide assistance and consultancy to MACHINA srl in accounting, administrative, legal, tax, financial and debt collection matters relating to the provision of the Services;
persons with whom it is necessary to interact for the provision of the Services;
persons delegated to carry out technical maintenance activities (including maintenance of network equipment and electronic communication networks);
persons, bodies or authorities, to whom it is mandatory to communicate your Personal Data by virtue of provisions of law or orders of the authorities;
persons authorized by MACHINA srl to process Personal Data necessary to carry out activities strictly related to the provision of our activities, who have committed to confidentiality or have an adequate legal obligation of confidentiality (e.g. employees of MACHINA srl)

6. Data storage
Personal Data processed for the purposes referred to in section 3 will be stored for the entire duration of the relationships in existing therefore for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes in compliance with the principles of minimization and limitation of storage of the Regulation.
In any case, the Data Controller will process the Personal Data for the time necessary to fulfill contractual and legal obligations.
More information regarding the data storage period and the criteria used to determine this period can be requested by writing to the Data Controller.

7. Rights of interested parties
Pursuant to articles 15 and following of the Regulation, you have the right to request at any time, access to your Personal Data, the correction or deletion of the same, the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by art. 18 of the Regulation, obtain in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the data that concern you.
At any time, you can revoke pursuant to art. 7 of the Regulation the consent given; lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) if you believe that the processing of your data is contrary to the regulation in force.
You can make a request to oppose the processing of your data in which you should highlight the reasons that justify the opposition.
Requests must be addressed in writing to the Owner.

8. Changes
This privacy policy has been in effect since May 25, 2018.
MACHINA srl reserves the right to modify or simply update its content, in part or completely, therefore invites you to regularly visit this section to take note of the most recent and updated version of the privacy policy in order to always be updated on the data collected and on the use made of it by the Company.
